Reducers
 Most Lancaster reducers use Cone Drive double enveloping worn gearsets for low backlash and high torque capacity. Reducers are integrally mounted directly on the indexer camshaft for compactness. Your choice of 16 standard mounting positions, 8 stock ratios, and motor flange adapters in available
Motors and Controls
For the best in self-contained, low maintenace, and cost efficient motion control complete your package with D. C. motors and controls on Lancaster indexers and reducers. Some of the features are 1/2 to 3.H.P., 110 or 220 volts opeartion, NEMA C-Face motor mounting and NEMA enclousers, current limiting, and acceleration control. Applications can be continuous running or cycle-on-demand for up to 60 indexes per minute or extended dwell periods.
Dial Plates
Lancaster can provide dial plates in an array of standard thickness and diameters. Special sizes and materials are alos available. Standard dial plates are made of HRS, blanchard ground on top and bottom, or of Aluminum tool and jig plate. Prices include mounting to the indexer. Lancaster can also bore or drill and tap holes to your speicfications at each station. Consult the factory with your needs.
